30 km from Tallinn and 1,5 km from a beautiful sand beach. Located in Treppoja, an area of holiday homes for the people of Tallinn and a place of great beauty, this spacious house is at your disposal. The house was built in the 1930’ies and high-quality renovation with preservation of the original charm is completed in 2008. Behind the house is a small stream with a famous staircase-like waterfall (only active in spring). Walking distance to the beach. The house is situated in a quiet part of the area, in the forest. The nearest houses are not in use (2008) and there are not many houses right here.
On the ground floor there are: large living-room, dining-room, wc, shower and kitchen with a small table. The dining-room has a fireplace and exit to the terrace, The living-room has sofas and tv. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and another wc. Additional beds can be organized bringing the total allow number of people to 10+2 (of which 2 are folding beds). One of the bedrooms has a door to a large balcony.
The nearest general store is 200 meters from the house, by the store is also the nearest bus-stop with buses to Tallinn and other nearby locations. A Spa hotel with swimming-pool and restaurant is 5 km away. There are several other restaurants and cafées within a few kilometers and the golf course in Niitvälja is much appreciated by golfers, it’s 5 minutes drive away.
The location is just great for those who enjoy having beautiful nature near the house, but still don’t want to be too far from away from city life.
